About Me

After twenty years as a city employment lawyer, and a few months consulting on my own, I have now joined up with byrne∙dean, a group of largely former city employment solicitors using our coal face experience to improve clients' workplaces. We manage employment risk predominantly using employee engagement and work in 'live' situations - workplace mediation, investigations, coaching and strategic HR advice/project support. We do a great deal of interactive and high impact training.I have joined primarily to work on the advisory side of the business.
